By accessing or using Intentosphere, creating an account, starting a subscription, requesting a demo, or using any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms shown inside the product or order flow.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account or workspace.

3. Services

Intentosphere provides AI-powered website analytics, visitor intent scoring, segmentation, lead capture, drip marketing, reporting, workspace management, subscription tools, and related business automation features. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Intentosphere, including by:

• Uploading unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or communications without proper consent.
• Attempting to bypass security, access another user's workspace, scrape the service, or disrupt platform operations.
• Using the platform for fraud, malware, phishing, harassment, illegal profiling, or unlawful surveillance.
• Violating applicable privacy, marketing, telecom, consumer protection, intellectual property, or data protection laws.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for your websites, projects, contact lists, campaign content, recipient permissions, unsubscribe handling, consent records, and compliance with applicable laws. You must not upload data or send messages unless you have the right to do so.

6. AI and Analytics Outputs

AI-generated recommendations, intent scores, summaries, segments, and campaign suggestions are provided to assist business decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending communications based on them.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

Subscription fees, limits, plan features, billing cycles, and taxes may be shown in the product, order page, invoice, or agreement. You authorize us and our payment providers to process applicable charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription may stop future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless the Refund Policy, applicable law, or a written agreement requires it.

9. Intellectual Property

Intentosphere, including its software, designs, branding, code, workflows, reports, and documentation, is owned by Intentosphere or its licensors. You retain ownership of your customer data and content, while granting us permission to process it as needed to provide the services.

10. Confidentiality and Security

Each party should protect confidential information received through the services using reasonable care. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or workspace.

11. Third-Party Services

Intentosphere may integrate with payment gateways, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI providers, and other third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, misuse the platform, or if required by law. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to any active billing commitments.

13. Disclaimers

Intentosphere is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific sales results, revenue outcomes, lead quality, or the accuracy of every AI or analytics output.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intentosphere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Intentosphere after changes means you accept the updated terms.
