You may adjust browser settings to limit cookies, but some functionality may not work correctly.
4. Customer Data and Contact Lists
If you upload contacts, recipients, leads, or campaign data, you remain responsible for having the required permissions and lawful basis to use that data. Intentosphere uses such data to provide the services requested by you and does not sell customer contact lists.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who help us operate hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, customer support, and other service functions. These providers are expected to protect information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, to protect users and the platform, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk and respond to security concerns promptly.
8. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the platform. You may request deletion of eligible personal information, subject to legal and operational requirements.
