Why Gmail says “Message blocked”: the dashboard shows Sent when your SMTP server accepted the message. Gmail can still block or filter it afterward. Use a From address and domain that your provider allows (e.g. Gmail SMTP → use that Gmail as sender, or use a domain with SPF/DKIM aligned to your SMTP). Random “From” domains through another provider’s SMTP are often blocked.

Ques: How do I add mailer details to send from a campaign?
Ans: Open My ProfileSMTP Settings. Enter sender name/email and your provider’s SMTP host, port, security, username, and password (app password for Gmail). Save; sending uses this workspace mailer for campaign batches.
Ques: How many projects can I create?
Ans: It depends on your subscription plan. Open Subscription to see your current limits and usage. Create projects under Projects until you reach the cap for your tier.
Ques: Where can I add prompt / content for a project?
Ans: In Projects, open LLM Content for a project (saves website copy and AI reference material). For intent keywords, chat points, and segment scoring, go to CampaignsIntent Segment Inputs, choose the project, Load, then edit Intent / Behavioral / Scoring and save.
Ques: How are segments calculated?
Ans: Under Intent Segment Inputs, scores combine intent match (keywords + chat points), behavioral weights (page stay, clicks, forms, etc.), and trigger events. Point budgets are capped (e.g. intent 30, behavior 30, trigger 40) so the total stays within 0–100-style scoring—adjust weights and keywords, then save for that project.
Ques: How do we track website activity?
Ans: Embed the tracking snippet and event keys from the Tracking Engine guide. Match those keys to your campaign workflow (for example Branch D engagement template Settings: Event Key, Trigger Action, Page URL). Reports and triggers use the same events.
Ques: Can I use Website AI on an ecommerce store with a large product catalog?
Ans: Yes. Website AI works on public storefronts (WooCommerce, Shopify-style URLs, custom shops). You install one snippet site-wide—not separate tracking code per product.
1) One embed for the whole store
  • Open Website AI and copy your public key.
  • On every page template, set data-ai-site-public-key="…" on <body> and load assets/js/ai_site_embed.js once (theme footer or header).
  • The embed tracks visits by URL (page_view, dwell, clicks, forms, chat)—for example /product/your-sku/—and shows activity in Web Reports. It does not read product names or prices from the page HTML unless you add that yourself.
2) Teach the AI your catalog (LLM Content)
  • In LLM Content, set mode to Both (manual + crawl).
  • Product / service details: categories, bestsellers, policies, coverage, shipping—your catalog summary when crawl cannot reach every SKU.
  • Website crawl: start URL = shop home; max pages up to 200. The crawler auto-discovers pages via sitemap.xml, robots.txt, and internal links — no manual paths required. Optionally limit to paths (e.g. /product) or exclude /cart, /checkout, /my-account, /wp-admin. Click Sync & Save, then check Crawl results.
  • Nested sitemaps and link-following fill gaps when product URLs are missing from the main sitemap. For very large catalogs, also add a manual product summary in LLM Content.
  • At chat time, the AI uses excerpts from the 8 most recently crawled pages plus manual fields; chat also receives the visitor’s current page URL.
3) Projects & follow-up
  • Set the project website URL to your live store domain under Projects.
  • Configure popup and follow-up in Website AI (separate from drip email tracking).
Example (WooCommerce-style): home https://yourstore.com/, product https://yourstore.com/product/item-slug/—same embed on both; crawl include /product indexes PDPs listed in the sitemap.
Note: SPAs that change URL without a full page reload may need extra integration; standard multi-page shops work out of the box.
Ques: How does Popup AI work? What types?
Ans: Popups are Branch E in the campaign workflow. Mode: Pretext questions only; Pretext + AI continuity; or AI analysis + AI LLM. Strategy: Simple (UWPAI) uses combined trigger rows; Advanced (PCM) uses per-condition rules. Configure in the popup designer, then Save Template.
Ques: What are Contacts for?
Ans: The Contacts page is your workspace address book (unlimited contacts). Groups hold up to 200 members each. When adding recipients to a campaign, use From contacts, From group, CSV, or Manual paste—each push adds up to 200 new emails per campaign.
Ques: How does the subscription plan work?
Ans: Open Subscription to see plans, billing toggle (monthly/yearly), payment currency (INR or USD), Razorpay checkout, and your usage. Upgrade or downgrade according to your needs; limits for projects, popups, and features follow the active plan.
Ques: How do I create a campaign?
Ans: Go to Campaigns, pick a project, add templates, then add recipients and send—after mail settings are saved.
Ques: Why are emails not sending?
Ans: Confirm SMTP under My Profile, check tenant mailer warnings on send, and ensure the campaign has recipients.
Ques: Where can I see results?
Ans: Open Reports from the sidebar for performance and exports.
